Free standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. All packages will be sent with UPS ground. We offer UPS express and overnight shipping. Please see the Shipping page for more details.

Are your products cruelty free? Vegan?
Yes. Our products are cruelty free. We are currently in the process of getting PETA approved Vegan, for our company's makeup bags.

How do I clean my makeup bag?
Your makeup bag can be best cleaned with dishwashing liquid and warm water. If cleaning the inside, we recommend adding a small amount of makeup remover with detergent to get rid of any staining. We do not recommend using alcohol on the exterior as it can damage the color and quality.
